Testimonials
...now we can relax and enjoy the beautiful
cabinetry, extra space and my husband
has the "chefs range" he has wanted for
years. Now he cooks and I do the dishes
- in my new dishwasher of course!!
Thank you again - we will surely
tell our friends about you.

We use a step-by-step program to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the renovation project.
- Project manager arrives for free at-home estimate. You receive a project cost estimate with no obligation for payment. You may also choose to simply buy the blueprints for the project and continue at a later date.
- You meet with the architect and engineer and review pre sketches of the project. This allows you to identify any changes you want before the project is started.
- We obtain construction permits from the city. This ensures that you are receiving the highest quality work as required by a state inspector, and avoids paying fines later. Don't let other contractors convince you that permits are optional!
- We establish a building schedule with you. This defines payment upon deliverables, so you never pay for work which has not been done yet.
- Groundbreaking! Work begins.
Kitchens and Bathrooms - Why it's so important?
No room renovations offer a better return on investment dollars -- not to mention livability and resale potential -- than thoroughly modernized baths and kitchens.
According to Remodeling Magazine, homeowners can expect to recoup nearly 90 percent of bathroom remodeling costs and 85 percent for kitchen makeovers when the time comes to sell a home.
